| 1 | | AN ACT concerning appropriations.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The sum of $5,000,000, or so much of that sum as |
| 5 | | may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Fund |
| 6 | | to the Department of Transportation for designing, planning, |
| 7 | | and the construction costs of a new community center at the |
| 8 | | Chicago Executive Airport, including an airplane mechanic and |
| 9 | | pilot training institute and operations center.

| 10 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, |
| 11 | | 2025. |
