| 1 | | her fingerprints to the Illinois State Police in an electronic |
| 2 | | format that complies with the form and manner for requesting |
| 3 | | and furnishing criminal history record information prescribed |
| 4 | | by the Illinois State Police. Such fingerprints shall be |
| 5 | | transmitted through a livescan fingerprint vendor licensed by |
| 6 | | the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. The |
| 7 | | fingerprints submitted under this Section shall be checked |
| 8 | | against the Illinois State Police criminal history databases |
| 9 | | prior to their submission to the Federal Bureau of |
| 10 | | Investigation criminal history record databases, now and |
| 11 | | hereafter filed, including, but not limited to, civil, |
| 12 | | criminal, and latent fingerprint databases. The Illinois State |
| 13 | | Police shall charge applicants a fee for conducting the |
| 14 | | criminal history records check, which shall be deposited into |
| 15 | | the State Police Services Fund and shall not exceed the actual |
| 16 | | cost of the records check. The Illinois State Police shall |
| 17 | | furnish, pursuant to positive identification, records of State |
| 18 | | convictions and shall forward the national criminal history |
| 19 | | record information to the Illinois High School Association. |
| 20 | | Any information obtained by the Illinois High School |
| 21 | | Association may only be disseminated as authorized by law. |
| 22 | | (c) The Illinois High School Association shall perform a |
| 23 | | check of the Statewide Sex Offender Database and the Statewide |
| 24 | | Murderer and Violent Offender Against Youth Database, as |
| 25 | | authorized by the Sex Offender Community Notification Law and |
| 26 | | the Murderer and Violent Offender Against Youth Community |

| 1 | | Notification Law, for each applicant for licensure under this |
| 2 | | Section. The check of these databases must be conducted by the |
| 3 | | Illinois High School Association's Executive Director or the |
| 4 | | Executive Director's designee once every 5 years that an |
| 5 | | applicant remains licensed by the Illinois High School |
| 6 | | Association. |
| 7 | | (d) Pending full check clearance under subsections (b) and |
| 8 | | (c), a prospective game official must be supervised at all |
| 9 | | times by an individual who has received full check clearance |
| 10 | | under subsections (b) and (c).". |
