| 5 | | IN ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATIONS |
| 6 | | Amend House Bill 2568 on page 70, by replacing line 15 |
| 7 | | with: |
| 8 | | "(5) the right of the gestational surrogate to make |
| 9 | | all health and welfare decisions regarding"; and
|
| 10 | | on page 70, by replacing line 21 with: |
| 11 | | "(6) the disclosure of all intended parent's |
| 12 | | financial"; and
|
| 13 | | on page 70, by replacing line 24 with: |
| 14 | | "(7) the inclusion of information about each party's |
| 15 | | right under".
