| 10 | | Sec. 6-203.2. Credit for ignition interlock use. A person |
| 11 | | whose license was suspended and was issued a monitoring device |
| 12 | | driving permit under Section 6-206.1 and who is subsequently |
| 13 | | convicted of the underlying charge, for the same incident, |
| 14 | | shall be given credit for time served on the monitoring device |
| 15 | | driving permit toward any mandatory ignition interlock |
