AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2919 

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2919 as follows:
 
3on page 2, line 7, by replacing "vehicles" with "vehicles, 
4trailers, and mobile homes"; and
 
5on page 2, immediately below line 11, by inserting the 
6following:
7    "For the purposes of this subsection, if being used solely 
8for a title transaction with the Secretary of State for the 
9transfer of the decedent's motor vehicle, trailer, or mobile 
10home, the small estate affidavit set forth in subsection (b) 
11may be used to transfer the motor vehicle, trailer, or mobile 
12home in accordance with subsection (b) of Section 3-114 of 
13Illinois Vehicle Code without consideration of the value of 
14the decedent's personal estate."; and
 
15on page 3, by replacing lines 13 through 19 with the following:

1    "6. Excluding motor vehicles, trailers, and mobile homes 
2registered with the Secretary of State, the decedent's entire 
3personal estate The gross value of the decedent's entire 
4personal estate, including the value of all property passing 
5to any party either by intestacy or under a will, does not 
6exceed $150,000 $100,000. (Here, list each asset, e.g., cash, 
7stock, and its fair market value.) , and a description of each 
8motor vehicle, trailer, and mobile home by make, body type, 
9year, and vehicle identification number.)".
