| 2 | | (3) has not been retrofitted with a sprinkler system |
| 3 | | that covers all areas of the building including living |
| 4 | | units. |
| 5 | | (b) Each municipality or county shall provide the |
| 6 | | information required under subsection (a) no later than June |
| 7 | | 30, 2027 and by June 30 every 5 years thereafter. |
| 8 | | (c) The Board shall create an electronic database |
| 9 | | containing the information provided under subsection (a) and |
| 10 | | shall make that database publicly available, including, but |
| 11 | | not limited to, by a link on the Board's website. The database |
| 12 | | shall include, at a minimum, the following information for |
| 13 | | each residential high-rise building: the property |
| 14 | | identification number; the number of floors; the street |
| 15 | | address; and the building height. |
| 16 | | (d) As used in this Section: |
| 17 | | "Fire sprinkler system" shall have the meaning given to |
| 18 | | that term in Section 10 of the Fire Sprinkler Contractor |
| 19 | | Licensing Act. |
| 20 | | "Residential high-rise building" means any residential |
| 21 | | building used for human occupancy that is 75 feet or more above |
| 22 | | the lowest level of fire department vehicle access or is 7 or |
| 23 | | more stories in height.". |
