| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly: |
| 4 | | Section 5. The Highway Advertising Control Act of 1971 is |
| 5 | | amended by changing Sections 4 and 5 and by adding Section 4.09 |
| 6 | | as follows: |

| 8 | | Sec. 4. Signs shall not be erected or maintained along |
| 9 | | primary or Interstate highways except those described in |
| 10 | | Sections 4.01 through 4.09 4.08. |
