| 8 | | Professional Regulation when there is a substantiated finding |
| 9 | | against a person licensed by the Department of Financial and |
| 10 | | Professional Regulation who is within the Office of the |
| 11 | | Inspector General's jurisdiction, upon written request. If, |
| 12 | | during its investigation, the Office of the Inspector General |
| 13 | | found credible evidence of neglect by a person licensed by the |
| 14 | | Department of Financial and Professional Regulation who is not |
| 15 | | within the Office's jurisdiction, the Office may provide an |
| 16 | | unfounded or unsubstantiated investigative report or death |
| 17 | | report, as well as raw data, with the Department of Financial |
| 18 | | and Professional Regulation, upon written request.". |
