| 1 | | AN ACT concerning State government.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Department of Human Services Act is amended |
| 5 | | by adding Section 1-100 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (20 ILCS 1305/1-100 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 1-100. Home and community-based services rate sheet; |
| 8 | | adult residential developmental disability setting. At least |
| 9 | | annually, the Department shall provide each provider of home |
| 10 | | and community-based services an updated, detailed rate sheet |
| 11 | | or rate summary for each funded client served by the provider. |
| 12 | | Additionally, the Department must also, within 60 working days |
| 13 | | of receipt by the Department's Division of Developmental |
| 14 | | Disabilities of any valid completed and correct documentation |
| 15 | | detailing provider-based information to the Department, which |
| 16 | | changes a client's reimbursement rate, issue an updated client |
| 17 | | rate sheet to the provider. |
