| 1 | | AN ACT concerning appropriations.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The sum of $750,000, or so much of that sum as |
| 5 | | may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Public |
| 6 | | Health for costs associated with developing and implementing |
| 7 | | the State Health Improvement Plan and the State Health |
| 8 | | Assessment.

| 9 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, |
| 10 | | 2025. |
