| 1 | | AN ACT concerning transportation.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 1-120.7 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (625 ILCS 5/1-120.7) |
| 7 | | Sec. 1-120.7. Fire department vehicle. Any vehicle, |
| 8 | | recreational off-highway vehicle, all-terrain vehicle, |
| 9 | | watercraft, aircraft, bicycle, or electric personal assistive |
| 10 | | mobility device that is designated or authorized by proper |
| 11 | | local authorities for fire department use. |
