| 1 | | AN ACT concerning health.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis |
| 5 | | Program Act is amended by adding Section 132 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (410 ILCS 130/132 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 132. Access to union representatives. Notwithstanding |
| 8 | | any other provision in this Act or in rules adopted under this |
| 9 | | Act, a union representative of an employee of any business |
| 10 | | regulated under this Act shall not be hindered by any |
| 11 | | provision in this Act from accessing the premises to meet with |
| 12 | | any employee that wishes to meet with that union |
| 13 | | representative.

| 14 | | Section 10. The Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act is amended |
| 15 | | by adding Section 55-23 as follows:

| 17 | | Sec. 55-23. Access to union representatives. |
