| 6 | | "(b) Non-optional fees shall be disclosed in a clear and |
| 7 | | conspicuous manner in a listing of and application for |
| 8 | | residential property. A landlord shall not be liable for the |
| 9 | | failure to disclose fees on a listing for residential property |
| 10 | | on a third-party listing service if the landlord can show that |
| 11 | | the fee information was provided to the listing service in |
| 12 | | good-faith compliance with this subsection.". |
