| 6 | | by replacing line 26 on page 2 and line 1 on page 3 with the |

| 8 | | "(2) A fee or fine ancillary to the application fee at |
| 9 | | the time of the application that is intended to duplicate |
| 10 | | the costs of tenant screening or to include costs |
| 11 | | unrelated to tenant screening. This paragraph shall not be |
| 12 | | construed to limit the ability of the landlord to charge |
| 13 | | an application fee to cover the costs of tenant |
| 14 | | screening.". |
