| 4 | | "Section 5. The Illinois Pension Code is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 13-101 as follows:

| 6 | | (40 ILCS 5/13-101) (from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 13-101) |
| 7 | | Sec. 13-101. Creation of Fund. In each sanitary district |
| 8 | | organized under the the Metropolitan Water Reclamation |
| 9 | | District Act, a Sanitary District Employees' and Trustees' |
| 10 | | Annuity and Benefit Fund shall be created, set apart, |
| 11 | | maintained and administered, in the manner prescribed in this |
| 12 | | Article for the benefit of the employees herein designated and |
| 13 | | their beneficiaries. Beginning January 1, 1992, the Fund shall |
| 14 | | be known as the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District |
| 15 | | Retirement Fund. |
