Escanaba Ave., Chicago, IL, with a lunchroom, gymnasium, theater, and swimming pool. Effective July 1, 2025. |

| 1 | | AN ACT concerning appropriations.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The sum of $175,000,000, or so much thereof as |
| 5 | | may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue |
| 6 | | Fund to the State Board of Education for a grant to the Chicago |
| 7 | | Board of Education to construct a new school facility for |
| 8 | | Grissom Elementary, located at 12810 S. Escanaba Ave., |
