2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

6    Section 5. In addition to other amounts appropriated, the
7amount of $17,725,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary,
8respectively, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to
9the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for
10operational expenses, awards, grants and permanent
11improvements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026,
12including prior years' costs.
