    Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Commission on Equity and Inclusion for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, as follows: 

    General Funds                              $3,080,000
    Other State Funds                          $4,200,000
    Total                                      $7,280,000

1    AN ACT concerning appropriations.
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3represented in the General Assembly:

ARTICLE 1

5    Section 5. The sum of $2,780,000, or so much thereof as may 
6be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to 
7the Commission on Equity and Inclusion for the ordinary and 
8contingent expenses of the Commission.
 
9    Section 10. The sum of $4,200,000, or so much thereof as 
10may be necessary, is appropriated from the Professional 
11Services Fund to the Commission on Equity and Inclusion for 
12the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Commission.
 
13    Section 15. The sum of $300,000, or so much thereof as may 
14be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to 
15the Commission on Equity and Inclusion for the ordinary and 
16contingent expenses of the Business Enterprise Program.
 
17    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 
182025.
