| 5 | | Sec. 10-31. Approval of school district credit card |
| 6 | | statements. If the district has been issued a credit card, |
| 7 | | then the board shall vote to approve a copy of the statement of |
| 8 | | all purchases made using the credit card. The statement shall |
| 9 | | be submitted to the board and presented for approval as a |
| 10 | | separate line item on the board's agenda and may not be |
| 11 | | combined with other bills, financial reports, or expenditure |
| 12 | | authorizations. The copy of the statement must include all |
| 13 | | purchases made using the credit card.". |
