| 8 | | (a) As used in this Section, "retail pharmacy" means a |
| 9 | | store, shop, or other place where drugs, medicines, or poisons |
| 10 | | are dispensed, sold, or offered for sale at retail. "Retail |
| 11 | | pharmacy" does not include a veterinary office or an animal |
| 12 | | control facility. |
| 13 | | (b) A retail pharmacy that, on average, receives 200 or |
| 14 | | more prescription drug orders during its operating hours must |
| 15 | | have a registered pharmacy technician, registered certified |
| 16 | | pharmacy technician, student pharmacist, or other supportive |
