| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 3-609.4 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 3-609.4. Second set of certain military plates. A |
| 8 | | person eligible to receive special plates under Section 3-609, |
| 9 | | 3-609.1, 3-609.3, 3-620, 3-621, 3-622, 3-623, 3-624, 3-625, |
| 10 | | 3-626, 3-628, 3-642, 3-645, 3-647, 3-650, 3-651, 3-664, 3-666, |
| 11 | | 3-667, 3-668, 3-669, 3-676, 3-680, 3-681, 3-683, 3-686, 3-693, |
| 12 | | 3-698, 3-699.12, 3-699.15, 3-699.16, 3-699.17, 3-699.18, |
| 13 | | 3-699.19, 3-699.20, 3-699.21, or 3-699.25 is entitled to |
| 14 | | receive, upon application to the Secretary of State, a second |
| 15 | | set of the special plates under the same terms and conditions |
| 16 | | as the first set of special plates.
