| 6 | | "(B) Recognizing the uniqueness of each facility, |
| 7 | | services shall be available in each facility"; and

| 8 | | on page 6, line 12, by replacing "house" with "houses"; and
|
| 9 | | on page 8, line 4, by deleting "legal documents;"; and
|
| 10 | | by deleting line 26 on page 11 through line 5 on page 12; and

| 11 | | on page 13, by replacing lines 9 through 12 with the following: |
