| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 3-108.5 as follows:

| 6 | | (625 ILCS 5/3-108.5 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 3-108.5. Expedited delivery. The Secretary of State |
| 8 | | shall establish a program to deliver a certificate of title |
| 9 | | within 90 days of application for a motor vehicle that was |
| 10 | | manufactured at least 35 years ago.
