| 1 | | AN ACT concerning appropriations.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The amount of $1,000,000, or so much of that |
| 5 | | amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General |
| 6 | | Revenue Fund to the Illinois Student Assistance Commission to |
| 7 | | fund the Special Education Teacher Tuition Waiver Program and |
| 8 | | make grants to reimburse universities for unfunded liabilities |
| 9 | | related to the Program.

| 10 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, |
