AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4824

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4824 on page 10, by 
3deleting lines 14 through 24; and
 
4on page 10, line 25, by replacing "(3)" with "(2)"; and
 
5on page 11, line 1, by replacing "(4)" with "(3)"; and
 
6on page 11, line 6, by replacing "(5)" with "(4)"; and
 
7on page 11, line 12, by replacing "(6)" with "(5)"; and
 
8on page 11, line 14, by replacing "(7)" with "(6)"; and
 
9on page 11, line 15, after "action", by inserting "under the 
10Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals policy"; and
 
11on page 11, by replacing lines 18 through 22 with the

2        "Persons covered under this paragraph who are 65 or 
3    older must have income at or below 100% of the federal 
4    poverty level after deducting the costs of medical or 
5    other remedial care, and must otherwise meet the 
6    eligibility requirements of this Section. Persons covered 
7    under this paragraph who are age 19 or older, but younger 
8    than 65, must meet the income guidelines under paragraph 
9    18."; and
 
10on page 19, immediately below line 20, by inserting the 
11following:
 
12    "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect October
