| 1 | | AN ACT concerning appropriations.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The sum of $4,000,000, or so much thereof as may |
| 5 | | be necessary, is appropriated from the Public, Educational, |
| 6 | | and Governmental Programming Fund to the Department of |
| 7 | | Commerce and Economic Opportunity for grants and |
| 8 | | administrative expenses associated with the subsidization of |
| 9 | | public, educational, and governmental programmers and studio |
| 10 | | operators.

| 11 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, |
| 12 | | 2026. |
