AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5425

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5425 on page 3, by replacing lines 15 through 18 with "location and that is devoted to activities relating to the shelter, care, custody and preparation of a deceased human body. A funeral establishment may contain facilities for funeral or wake services."; and
