| 1 | | AN ACT concerning appropriations.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The amount of $600,000, or so much of that |
| 5 | | amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois |
| 6 | | Opioid Remediation State Trust Fund to the Department of Human |
| 7 | | Services to supply free fentanyl testing strips to public |
| 8 | | institutions of higher education.

| 9 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, |
