| 5 | | 3772 of the 104th General Assembly, is amended, if and only if |
| 6 | | that bill becomes law, by changing Section 99 as follows:

| 8 | | Sec. 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 9 | | becoming law, except that the provisions changing Section |
| 10 | | 10-22.6 of the School Code and Section 15-30 of the Department |
| 11 | | of Early Childhood Act take effect July 1, 2028 2027. |
