1    AN ACT concerning appropriations.
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:

OPERATIONAL EXPENSES

 
6    Section 5. In addition to other amounts appropriated, the
7amount of $17,107,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary,
8respectively, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to
9the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for
10operational expenses, awards, grants and permanent
11improvements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027,
12including prior years' costs.
 
13    Section 10. The following named amounts, or so much
