Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Human Rights Commission for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, as follows:

| 1 | | AN ACT concerning appropriations.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | ARTICLE 1
|
| 5 | | Section 5. The sum of $3,870,000, or so much thereof as may |
| 6 | | be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to |
| 7 | | the Human Rights Commission for operational expenses of the |
| 8 | | Commission.
|
| 9 | | Section 10. The sum of $2,374,600, or so much thereof as |
| 10 | | may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue |
| 11 | | Fund to the Human Rights Commission for the Illinois Torture |
| 12 | | Inquiry and Relief Commission.
|
| 13 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, |
| 14 | | 2026. |
