HOUSE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives wish to commend Douglas Marti on 60 years of 
4service as a Bond County Republican Central Committeeman in 
5the Central 1 Precinct; and
 
6    WHEREAS, During his time on the Bond County Republican 
7Central Committee, Douglas Marti has recruited public 
8servants, mentored newer precinct committeepersons, mobilized 
9party members and supporters to vote, and served as a point of 
10contact for information on candidates and the party platform; 
11and
 
12    WHEREAS, Douglas Marti is a past chairman of the Bond 
13County Republican Central Committee; he is a highly respected 
14source of information and support for Republican candidates up 
15and down the ticket; and
 
16    WHEREAS, Douglas Marti and his wife, Doris, are the 
17parents of Kevin, Lydia, and Alex; therefore, be it
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE 
19HUNDRED FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
20we commend Douglas Marti on 60 years of service as a Bond 
21County Republican Central Committeeman in the Central 1

2    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
3presented to Douglas Marti as an expression of our esteem and
