AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 242 

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 242 on page 13, by 
3replacing lines 23 and 24 with "employed as a State policeman, 
4investigator for the Secretary of State, conservation police 
5officer, investigator for the Department of Revenue or the 
6Illinois Gaming Board, investigator for the Office of the 
7Attorney General, Commerce Commission police officer, or arson 
8investigator, as those terms are defined in subsection (b) and 
9subsection (c) of Section 14-110, on the effective date of 
10this"; and 
 
11on page 27, by replacing lines 25 and 26 with "employed as a
