AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 283 

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 283 on page 2, by 
3replacing lines 3 through 5 with the following:
4            "(H) any wireless or wireline telecommunication 
5        infrastructure, wherever located, regardless of 
6        whether all or certain elements of the wireless or 
7        wireline infrastructure is obviously designed to 
8        exclude intruders, including, but not limited to, 
9        facilities accessible through manholes; facilities in 
10        conduits under bridges and in tunnels; cell towers and 
11        equipment in cell tower complexes; and telephone poles 
12        and lines, including fiber optic lines;".
