1 AN ACT concerning finance.

2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

3 represented in the General Assembly:

4 Section 5. The Urban Weatherization Initiative Act is

5 amended by changing Section 40-1 as follows:

6 (30 ILCS 738/40-1)

7 Sec. 40-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the

8 ~~the~~ Urban Weatherization Initiative Act.
