| 9 | | (a) Every motor vehicle, operated singly or when towing |
| 10 | | another vehicle, shall be equipped with a mirror so located as |
| 11 | | to reflect to the driver a view of the highway for a distance |
| 12 | | of at least 200 feet to the rear of such motor vehicle. |
| 13 | | (b) A public transit agency may use an electronic rearview |
| 14 | | monitoring system on commercial motor vehicles owned by the |
| 15 | | agency as an alternative to the requirements of this Section |
