| 5 | | is amended by changing Section 1-90 as follows:

| 7 | | (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2026) |
| 8 | | Sec. 1-90. Compliance with the Condominium and Common |
| 9 | | Interest Community Ombudsperson Act. Every common interest |
| 10 | | community association, except for those exempt from this Act |
| 11 | | under Section 1-75, must comply with the Condominium and |
| 12 | | Common Interest Community Ombudsperson Act and is subject to |
| 13 | | all provisions of the Condominium and Common Interest |
| 14 | | Community Ombudsperson Act. This Section is repealed January |
| 15 | | 1, 2029 2026. |
