| 6 | | amended by adding Section 2310-735 as follows:

| 8 | | Sec. 2310-735. Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, ehrlichiosis, |
| 9 | | and anaplasmosis; public announcements. The Department of |
| 10 | | Public Health shall adopt rules requiring a local health |
| 11 | | department to make public announcements for the purpose of |
| 12 | | informing the general public when a positive case of Rocky |
| 13 | | Mountain Spotted Fever, ehrlichiosis, or anaplasmosis is |
| 14 | | detected within a county or area under the local health |
| 15 | | department's jurisdiction.". |
