| 7 | | Sec. 5-735. Fee waiver for formally incarcerated |
| 8 | | individuals. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, all |
| 9 | | State agencies and departments shall waive any fees assessed |
| 10 | | to a formerly incarcerated person for services provided by |
| 11 | | that State agency or department for a period of one year after |
| 12 | | the release of that person from a facility operated by the |
| 13 | | Department of Corrections, the Department of Juvenile Justice, |
| 14 | | or the Federal Bureau of Prisons.". |
