AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1625

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1625 by replacing
3everything after the enacting clause with the following:
 
4    "Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $1 to the
5Department of Central Management Services, and subject to the
6conditions set forth in Section 10 of this Act, the Director of
7the Department of Central Management Services is authorized to
8convey by quitclaim deed all right, title, and interest in and
9to the following described parcel of land in Logan County,
10Illinois, to the City of Lincoln:
 
11    A part of the Southeast Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 36,
12    Township 20 North, Range 3 West of the 3rd Principal
13    Meridian, Logan County, Illinois identified as Parcel
14    12-036-045-00 and more specifically described as LT 1 E
15    1/2 SW SEC 36-20-3 (EX BEG SE COR N 1/2 SE SW SEC 36, W
16    818.12", N 465.33", E 14", N 138", W 1208 17 to POB.

1    Section 10. The conveyance of real property authorized by
2Section 5 shall be made subject to: (1) existing public
3utilities, existing public roads, and any and all
4reservations, easements, encumbrances, covenants and
5restrictions of record; and (2) the express condition that if
6this real property ceases to be used by the City of Lincoln, it
7shall revert to the State of Illinois, Department of Central
8Management Services.
 
9    Section 15. The Director of Central Management Services
10shall obtain a certified copy of the portions of this Act
11containing the title, the enacting clause, the effective date,
12the appropriate Section containing the land description of the
13property to be conveyed, and this Section within 60 days after
14its effective date and, upon receipt of the payment required
15by the Section, shall record the certified document in the
16Recorder's Office in the county in which the land is located.
 
17    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
18becoming law.".
