AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2281 

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2281 on page 2, by 
3replacing line 1 with the following:
4"existing State priorities as embedded and identified in 
5State"; and
 
6on page 3, by replacing line 1 with the following:
7        "(1) a governmental body that is either:
8            (A) a federal, State, or local governmental agency 
9        that is organized and operated at least partly for 
10        conservation purposes and has the resources to carry 
11        out those conservation purposes, including natural 
12        resource protection or land conservation, open space 
13        protection, or historic preservation purposes; or
14            (B) a federally-recognized Indian tribe;"; and
 
15by replacing everything from line 25 on page 3 through line 2 
16on page 4 with the following:

1"county where the qualified real property interest is located 
2or (ii) by one or more other mechanisms to be developed by"; 
3and
 
4on page 7, line 7, by replacing "Natural Resources" with
