AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2322

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2322, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment 
4No. 1, on page 15, line 19, by replacing "management , nuclear" 
5with "management, nuclear"; and
 
6on page 21, lines 5 and 12, by replacing "Illinois Emergency 
7Management Agency" each time it appears with "Illinois 
8Emergency Management Agency"; and
 
9on page 21, lines 15 and 16, by replacing "Illinois Emergency 
10Management Agency" with "Illinois Emergency Management 
11Agency"; and
 
12by replacing line 24 on page 24 through line 1 on page 25, with 
13the following:
14    "secretary. The Governor, may in his or her discretion, 
15    appoint one or more Deputy Homeland Security Advisors, by

7on page 58, line 21, by replacing "regional and" with 
8"regional, and"; and
 
9on page 58, lines 23 and 24, by replacing "biological and/or 
10nuclear weapons" with "biological, or nuclear weapons or any 
11combination of those weapons"; and
