| 3 | | line 5, by deleting "6-106,"; and

| 4 | | on page 2, by replacing lines 21 through 25 with the following: |
| 5 | | "(a-5) Upon request by an applicant who has an |
| 6 | | intellectual disability or autism spectrum disorder, the |
| 7 | | driver's license of the applicant shall indicate, in a manner |
| 8 | | and form determined by the Secretary of State, that the |
| 9 | | applicant has an intellectual disability or autism spectrum |
| 10 | | disorder."; and
|
| 11 | | by deleting line 5 on page 6 through line 11 on page 12. |
