| 5 | | and signed by a competent medical specialist confirming that |
| 6 | | the applicant has an intellectual disability or autism |
| 7 | | spectrum disorder and that the applicant is mentally fit to |
| 8 | | operate a motor vehicle."; and

| 9 | | on page 21, immediately below line 7, by inserting the |
| 10 | | following:

| 11 | | "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, |
| 12 | | 2027.". |
