SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

    Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department of Early Childhood for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, as follows:

1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.

2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

3 represented in the General Assembly:

4 ARTICLE 1

5 Section 5. The sum of $11,716,800, or so much thereof as

6 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue

7 Fund to the Department of Early Childhood to meet its ordinary

8 and contingent expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30,

9 2026.

10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,

11 2025.
