SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

    Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Office of the Executive Inspector General for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, as follows:

    General Funds                             $10,646,100
    Other State Funds                          $1,610,800
    Total                                     $12,256,900

1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.

2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

3 represented in the General Assembly:

4 ARTICLE 1

5 Section 5. The amount of $10,646,100, or so much thereof

6 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue

7 Fund to the Office of Executive Inspector General for its

8 ordinary and contingent expenses.

9 Section 10. The amount of $1,610,800, or so much thereof

10 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Public

11 Transportation Fund to the Office of Executive Inspector

12 General for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

13 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,

14 2025.
