SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

    Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Illinois Independent Tax Tribunal for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, as follows:

    General Funds                                $628,300
    Other State Funds                             $82,700
    Total                                        $711,000

1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.

2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

3 represented in the General Assembly:

4 ARTICLE 1

5 Section 1. The sum of $628,300, or so much thereof as may

6 be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to

7 the Illinois Independent Tax Tribunal to meet its operational

8 expenses.

9 Section 5. The sum of $82,700, or so much thereof as may be

10 necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois Independent Tax

11 Tribunal Fund to the Illinois Independent Tax Tribunal to meet

12 its operational expenses, including prior years' costs.

13 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,

14 2025.
