Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the State Universities Retirement System for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, as follows:
General Funds $2,124,412,632
Other State Funds $215,000,000
Total $2,339,412,632

| 1 | | AN ACT concerning appropriations.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | ARTICLE 1
|
| 5 | | Section 5. The sum of $2,104,446,000, or so much thereof |
| 6 | | as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue |
| 7 | | Fund to the State Universities Retirement System for the |
| 8 | | State's contribution, as provided by law.
|
| 9 | | Section 10. The sum of $215,000,000, or so much thereof as |
| 10 | | may be necessary, is appropriated from the State Pensions Fund |
| 11 | | to the State Universities Retirement System pursuant to the |
| 12 | | provisions of Section 8.12 of the State Finance Act.
|
| 13 | | Section 15. The sum of $10,966,632, or so much thereof as |
| 14 | | may be necessary, is appropriated from the Education |
| 15 | | Assistance Fund to the State Universities Retirement System |
| 16 | | for deposit into the Community College Health Insurance |
| 17 | | Security Fund for the State's contributions, as required by |
| 18 | | law.

| 19 | | Section 20. The sum of $9,000,000, or so much thereof as |
| 20 | | may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue |
