    Appropriates the sum of $10,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Investment and Development Authority. Effective July 1, 2025.

1    AN ACT concerning appropriations.
  
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3represented in the General Assembly:
 
4    Section 5. The sum of $10,000,000, or so much of that 
5amount as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the 
6General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Investment and 
7Development Authority for grants and lending activity to 
8community development financial institutions and other 
9eligible entities to support the purposes and activities 
10authorized by the Illinois Investment and Development 
11Authority Act. Funds may also be used in accordance with the 
12purposes outlined in the Illinois Investment and Development 
13Authority Act to provide support to other eligible entities as 
14needed.
 
15    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 
162025.
