SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
 


    Appropriates $2,500,000 to the State Board of Education for the purpose of a grant to the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago's Center for Childhood Resilience for the Resilience Education to Advance Community Healing Statewide Initiative and Resilience-Supportive Schools Illinois program. Effective July 1, 2025.

1    AN ACT concerning appropriations.
  
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3represented in the General Assembly:
 
4    Section 5. The amount of $2,500,000, or so much of that 
5amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General 
6Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for the purpose of 
7a grant to the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of 
8Chicago's Center for Childhood Resilience for the Resilience 
9Education to Advance Community Healing Statewide Initiative 
10and Resilience-Supportive Schools Illinois program.
 
11    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 
122025.
